I'm only about a week in but I started this and collagen supplements and already feel better. Things hurt a little less and I have been far less miserable.

after a few weeks of using my moods were better. Acne is better. Hair loss diminished. I do use both the daily and the peri menopause supplements. I used to be able to tell when my periods were coming because of my moods and now it sneaks up on me!

New lease on life

didn't work for me.
i have hot flashes but since I started taking these pills they are worse than ever. I stopped taking them are they are back to the same as before.
