I like the vacuum very much. It's lightweight and easy to put together. You can pull it apart and attach a nozzle to make a handheld vacuum for cleaning cars. It cleans pretty well. The only thing im not sure about is the battery time. It died on me before I finished. I will have to charge it and try cleaning the whole house again to see how well it holds up

I love the ease of use, and it's light weight makes it very easy to maneuver in any direction. This saves my back! I can change the suction levels, too. It has a crevice tool that comes in handy, especially for corners, couches, and inside the car. I can easily clean the components and filters. Worth it!

I am an avid shark vacuum purchaser. I have 5 or better options of sharks at the ready between vacuums and mops. Love them! I might even have a slight addiction to buying vacuums. Shh! This one I bought on a last minute because there was no cordless options available in store. I love the fact it empties itself. Super cool although if you suck up any metal (earring backs or bracelet making pieces) because my step daughters are messy with their stuff. When it empties. It happens to magnet to the flap that opens in the self empties. Therefore when you grab it to use it later it might not be shut fully which leads to everything you suck up. Falling out the bottom! Be sure to check its closed fully after the self empty. That is its only downfall. Otherwise it is awesome!

Really don't have enough suction power. It doesn't get stuff that's in the corners/along the baseboard of the floor. Doesn't do well on real hardwood floor either. It can't pick up most of the kitty litter. The canister is extremely small. This isn't a good vacuum if you have a large home. Maybe for an apartment but the base it needs takes up at least as much space as a full sized vacuum. The emptying feature is really useless because you have to empty that eventually anyway. And since the canister is so small you have to keep emptying it frequently. The touchscreen isn't intuitive and the boost mode does nothing. For the same price you can get another shark that has more attachments (this only came with one) and more power. This is a gimmicky design and I would honestly rather just have a corded vacuum with real power. The house is historical and there is a huge lack of outlets so that's why I went with cordless, and the fact this model was on sale. I have a tiny little cheap bissel corded stick vacuum that is basically a child's toy that has better suction than this.

the bad. the battery lasts about 10 minutes at high setting on full charge. if you suck up dog hair or small fluffy things or lots of dirt. the first filter in the clear tube blocks super fast. so you have to empty it every 30 seconds or so. the good. the roller doesn't get hair wrapped around it, like they said it could. it does sense hard floor and carpet. speeding up or down accordingly. the charging base auto empty tower thingy works amazingly. actually the first time you use it, if like us we kept vacuuming then emptying over and over because it was cool to watch the stuff get sucked instantly down the tube. this doesn't replace a plug in vacuum tho. this shark doesn't suck hard enough to get everything in carpets

The overall look is nice, but its size is not good for my situation. Multiple pets with lots of hair loss, no grass in the back yard (dirt %26 dust, day in day out). Compared to the Shark I purchased 5 years ago, it stands up better. the filter is terribly small. Its almost an everyday need to clean it. The container takes maybe 2.5 to 3 days to fill. I needed something in a hurry, next time I'll think twice.

The first couple days that work great it cannot pick up seed husks that my birds litter onto the floor. I hit boost to try to get it to work and it just overheats and shuts itself off right away. it does not go from carpet to bare floor like it says it should. overall it was a disappointing experience.

Horrible vacuum, battery dies quickly, suction is horrible and eventually it stops empty in the container. Do not recommend this product, total waste of money!

It worked as well as expected for what I paid. I just wanted something cordless to pull out and maintain the floors throughout the week so I didn't have to pull out my corded Dyson as frequently. However it's been less than 6 months, and the charging/empty base just stopped working altogether. And I took all precautions in emptying, cleaning the filters, etc knowing full well it was not an expensive industrial made cordless vacuum. But still, I'll be searching looking for a warranty/replacement in the first 6 months which is extremely frustrating.

Seems like a great purchase with the self emptying feature and what not but it's actually terrible. It doesn't pick anything up off my vinyl floors. Not happy with this purchase and won't purchase again.
