I saw this while shopping cyber monday deals and decided to try it out. This Vacuum has exceeded my expectations in every way! I currently use the Shark lift away and I just Vacuumed the day before this arrived. I charged it and then put it to the test. I feel like it picked up so much more than my other vacuum! It is light weight and folds in half for stand alone storage. It also comes with a few attachments for different types of cleaning. The rubber "roller brush" is made for easy cleaning. My daughter and I have very long hair so I was constantly cutting hair from the roller in my other Vacuum. With the rubber roller the hair does not get tangled easily. Very Satisfied!!
Really enjoying the cordless flexible aspect. It's quite neat. Also the price point rocks. Making cleaning fun
Good purchase. This is my first cordless vacuum, and it cleans wood, tile and carpet well. The charge lasts long enough to do my whole home in one go. I was concerned about it working on memory foam bath mats but its been better than my regular vacuum. My only complaints are the vacuum does not have "headlights" which is great for seeing the dirt in darker corners. There is no place to hook attachments to the vacuum so you have to keep them separate and go get them when you need to use them. I have adjusted to this by doing the basic vac and then going back to hit the spots I use the attachments for. My final issue is the dust cup. It says hands free empty, but if you suck up any hair or excessive dust it doesn't just drop out and you have to scoop it loose with your fingers. Again, none of these are deal breakers compared to the positives of not dealing with a cord, and being able to get under furiture so much easier. Overall im very happy with my purchase, and when it eventually comes time to get a new one will probably upgrade to one of the pro models. One note regarding the shipping. As you can see in my photo, Walmart ships this in a box that very clearly states what is inside, which makes this a target for theives, particularly this time of year when people are porch shopping for Christmas.
does not have the lights while vacuuming and does not detached the roll to clean and also self clean really ?!!! the pet hair gets stuck on the corners of the roll to expensive and very disappointed
They say this is a pet pro, but it's not. For price of this cordless stick, go with something better. I vacuum daily bc I have a chocolate lab and her fur spreads quick. Yes you have to empty it often, but that's expected what's not expected is that it's jamming on day 3 over pet hair and carpet deodorizer. I checked to see why and it's jammed and no longer sucking up from the head. $270 down the drain literally on day 3. Lame.
Ive had this less than a month and I bought it to pick up small leaves and dirt that my dogs bring in from outside. It cant even do that right. It gets hung up in the neck of the brush head and I spend most of my time cleaning that out. Nothing makes it to the cup. And these are small leaves the size of a thumb print. So disappointed. Dont bother.
I wouldn't recommend ordering it from Walmart, as it was delivered in a generic box! Looks sketchy, and I ordered to give as a Christmas present, I'm not even sure what's inside the generic packaging! Very disappointing, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be a knock off! Shark should reconsider association with sales
The box arrived from the store open and taped closed. I took the vacuum out and it was disgusting, filthy and used.
The suction on the vacuum is HORRIBLE. i have a shark cordless that is 16 years old and works tons better. I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to using it on furniture etc as my old ines doesnt come part. Don't waste your money on it. I truly is one of the most disappointing ourchases I have made in about 5 years 😭
I ordered a NEW Shark Cordless Vacuum Cleaner. The vacuum I got was used, the labels were torn off and damaged, and the Manual had the first owner's notes that it was purchased in Littleton CO, in June of 2023. How the heck does a company like Walmart sell a product that has obviously been used? Then, you make me take it Fedex Office miles away, and won't send me a replacement until you get the used one at your warehouse. Really?
