High-end product for discerning chefs; great price
Silpat has been around for decades. It is the absolute best replacement for very expensive parchment paper which is a one-use item. I have several; the oldest is over 20 years old and going strong. I never, ever place anything on a baking sheet without the Silpat in the pan first. Makes clean up a snap. WalMart is selling authentic Silpat at a very attractive price. Buy with confidence!

Great for Baking!
Great mat bought for Christmas presents. Didn't have the band to hold the mat when rolled up for ease in storing like the Silpat I have.
