I've owned several portable ice machines through the yeats. This is by far the quiestest one yet. It gives me ice in less than 10 minutes. The ice is firm yet easily chewable with a satisfying crunch that doesnt break your teeth. It is small and does not hog the coffee bar for space. I like this little machine.

I got a great deal on this- but what really sold me is the self cleaning feature! I’ve had 3 other brands and this is the 1st one with that feature! This is the first one that only took 6 minutes from initial starting to make cubes! And guess what else-if tells me if water is low or it’s full!! It has a handle. Not a deal breaker for me but that’s a first too. Chrome is pretty and it happens to match my other appliances too. Great product!

didn't work well took long to make the ice 9 cubes in 15 minutes. spending too much on electricity and not enough ice. sorry but i wanted it to do more.

Works. Makes 9 bullet cubes every 7.5 minutes, which is 72 cubes per hour. It is not refrigerated, and makes wet ice. I put the ice immediately into the freezer. The reservoir holds enough water for at least two hours of operation. Ambient temp was 72F, and the exhaust air was 88.9.

It's kinda loud when loading water and moving ice to basket. The batches are pretty small. Overall if you run it throughought the day and stay on top of empting the ice and adding water you can make a container of ice or have enough to make 8-10 drinks.

I have had this ice machine for almost a month now. I normally buy one of the name brands every 2/3 years. Doesn't matter what maintenance I do, cleaning etc, the bowl gears fail after time. What I like about this one is that the lid is pretty much clear. You can see when it needs to be cleaned. One little thing I have done on all my ice makers is throw a towel over the lid to help keep the ice longer and bigger. Don't cover the air vents. Ice storage seems a little bigger than my other ones I have had in the past. I also bought a three year protection plan this time. Since I can't get 3 years out of them. Yes I would recommend this product, price compared to name brands. They're all basically the same thing on the inside. This one is a little different.

I've only had for 6 days now and found this was easy to set up for use. First it had to sit for 24hrs incase it was not set upright during shipping. Cleaning machine was easy, follow the instructions, and cleaning can take about 30 minutes. Once rinsed you are ready to make ice. The first few rounds of ice are small but they will get larger as the machine works. 9 cubes every 6 minutes. I fill a tub and I put this in the freezer. Drain machine, rinse and dry before next use. So far I've used twice. Hope it works for a good long while. I had this delivered and the box was damage to where the interior was visible. The machine did not seem to have any physical or internal issues, thank goodness.

Instructions are not very clear. Also, the "plug" that keeps the water from falling out of the ice makes is practically impossible to open and take out. That's probably the only thing to complain about. You need pliers if you're not agile! But it's only 2 days, and it knocks out ice pretty quickly

Its smaller then I expected but works. Only the ice sets in the water. So when the bin is full you have to use it right away because if you freeze it. It comes out one large clump.but you use it right away the ice is great.

ive had it all most 8 months and it dosnt work. i wish i would have spent a bit more to get a better one. now i just have a large paper weight. it never realy work that well .
