Fell in love with it online, bought with OnePay payments, which is super easy. Bike shipped fast, ordered Friday, shipped Monday from GA and arrived Wednesday. Everything was there, it's packed really well, easier to get to of you cut away the whole side of the box, but arrived partially assembled. You'll need to attach handlebars, and front wheel, charger included, I charged the battery a few hours. Took it for a ride that evening, took it to work the next day, runs fine. Absolutely no issues, had a IP5 rating, so it will handle fog mist, very light rain. And the tires are awesome, just note, it's a very heavy bike. But, I love it, and it's fast full power and it'll do 26 mph, but you'll burn battery faster, I cruise to work at 19 mph, about three on the power assist. I definitely recommend the seller and the bike, first ebike and the experience was a great one.

I really did appreciate how quickly it arrived . I did not appreciate was, it wasn't complete , missing a front fender . what was advertised was all black color selected was black what I got was black and yellow. not really a problem that a can of black paint couldn't fix. I reached out to the company as well as Walmart regarding the front fender. seems you can get a order in a week but then you got to wait 3 weeks or more as I am to get the order completed. also contacted the company about spare parts such as a battery etc. they don't seem to have anything in the way of a spare parts division or support... I'm thinking you buy this bike you'll be looking elsewhere for spare parts tire replacement batteries etc etc....

The bikes battery dies after about 7 miles. I recharge the battery writing it to work today. It’s down two bars, which is the same as yesterday very disappointed in the performance. Also, when the bike arrived, one of the screws in the gooseneck was crossed, threaded and stripped out, and the brake disc in the front was warped, and I had to pay to have it straightened.

I received and was charged for this bike and it doesn't work. I was charged over $800. I have made multiple calls to Walmart Customer Service to return the bike and requested a full refund since receiving it. I have had no success in doing this. I am told this is a 3rd party seller and Walmart cannot take it back. They can only send emails to the 3rd party seller. Since I have not received a resolution to my issue I have to assume the 3rd party seller is fraudulent and I feel Walmart should not allow them to be a 3rd party seller with them. They are not doing the right thing by their customers. Walmart should be taking care of this for me. I am very disappointed in their service. Walmart, please help me.

The bike has been broke since the week we received it. I have been going back in forth with this company to fix the issue or give a refund. My son got this bike for Christmas and hasn't been able to ride. Please can someone do something about it.

My chain came off causing me to fall Damaged my e-bike pedal assist is not working and battery does not stay charged very long and also damage to rear fender bracket Also I have contacted third party supplier and I have not received answer on what I need to do

I just received my order from FedEx and the box was pretty damaged. It appears that it was damaged by being handled by heavy equipment. Upon opening the box, two small black pieces fell out which I discovered later belonged to the front sprocket chain guard. Upon further inspection of the e-bike the following parts were damaged Front fork stem broken away from the handle bar neck. Rear rim extremely bent and rubs against the frame (see video) Spoke broken on rear rim and rim is dented Frame is extremely bent Rear reflector is broken off E-bike is totally destroyed and unable to be assembled and cannot be driven. I have contacted customer service, sent them pictures and I have not heard back from them on how they intended to rectify the situation. I have requested a replacement.

You are still selling the Ebike and dont manufacture parts and I only had it two months couldn't get more batteries and had it out3 times put only 50miles on it didn't damage it in anyway and the engine went and they refunded me and are making me spend it at Wallmart but didn't refund me the 130.00 warranty and there skier top of the line junk that the still selling online that they dont honor or care about the product or costomer

It arrived with a battery that never would charge completely, hence not enough power to engage any components. The screen that shows voltage, the monitor screen doesn't work, shows nothing. The headlamp doesn't work either. while all this is wrong I can't get customer service to really acknowledge the battery not ever taking a complete charge. They keep pressuring me to do the troubleshooting and the maintenance. I have now been asking for a full refund for a few days now. They think I can get someone to do the work, just by my promise that a company called SKERI in China will send them the money. I am so unhappy and even depressed that I have waited all this time to rideand do not get this joy. I mean really the "BATTERY WON'T EVEN TAKE A FULL CHARGE" WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME

Don’t purchase this item unless you want months and months worth of a headache. I purchased it for my son! It hasn’t worked in months and all I keep getting from the seller is “make a video showing this,that and the other” We didn’t even make the 30 day mark before the bike stopped working. After all the videos and headaches, I asked for my money back and they said they could give me $20 back. Make it make sense.
