I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I went from five hot flashes an hour to about 5 a day! not to mention a significant reduction in irritability. I don't wake up in the morning wanting to stack bodies LOL. I would recommend this to anyone. I have tried other kinds of menopause support and did not get relief especially not to the degree that this has helped.

I like this product. I like the fact it has natural herbs and vitamins. It helps with menopause and those hot flashes and sweats. I am ordering my second bottle.

Did not notice any physical changes in my body but I wasn't experiencing hot flashes or insomnia prior. I may have already gone through my time of menopause. Took this just to supplement in case i needed. I don't know if it helped or not in any way overall. Great list of female supplements in one capsule.

I've gained a pound a day in the 3 days since I started taking these pills. I'm suddenly hungry non-stop! Go yes, I have a little bit more energy (not a lot, though), but it's not worth it if it's going to undo all my weight-loss efforts (10 pounds over the last 6 months or so worth great effort)

I wanted this to work, but unfortunately it made me very sick! I even tried taking it on a separate occasion and the same thing occurred. Horrible migraines and vomiting. Something about my body just didn't accept this supplement at all!
