This ice maker is amazing!! It is sleek and compact and makes ice really quickly. It has some noise but all of the countertop ice machines do, as well. It has the blue protective film to protect scratches in shipping. It is easy to operate. I love the small nuggets!!

It is perfect for my needs. I love having this type of ice. I thought it would make ice quicker but it is fine for my needs. It is not loud at all. I turn it on and let it get to making ice. I check it periodically to see if the bin is full and I dump it in a freezer bag and put it in the freezer. I do this until I have a full bag and then I am set for a couple of days. I have found before I dump the bin into the bag I tilt it over the sink to let the excess water drain from the openings in the bottom of the bin. This helps to keep it from clumping together so much once it is put in the freezer. It isn't a big deal to loosen it up once frozen. I lay it flat in the freezer and when I take it out I bang it on the counter. That does the trick. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Much louder than advertised and lasted a whole 2 months before it stopped producing ice. Bought the extended warranty, but they wouldn't do anything because it was still under manufactures warranty. The company replied when I submitted a request via Walmart, but after sending them the additional video and photos they requested, I never heard back after weeks of sending emails. Huge waste of money. From now on, I'll just make a weekly trip to Sonic and buy a bag of ice. At least that is quiet and reliable.

This machine started making a metal clicking sound almost immediately after opening and putting it into use. I have contacted the company via Wal-Mart 3 times (received the standard "we will reply within 72 hours") and have yet to receive a response. We've been waiting for nearly 2 weeks now. We bought a second unit for the office that was almost identical from another company 1 week prior to purchasing this one. No problems. Don't buy from here!!

I have had many Ice machines and have to clean once a month. I have been cleaning this every week since the second week I got it cause it starts squealing. I do everything I'm supposed to including using filtered water.! This is the worst machine I've had yet.

For what I Paid for this ice maker I had nothing but high hopes, and got nothing but problems. The whole machine felt flimsy. I tried to make ice for an hour. I only got 1/2 basket full.
