Good vinegar
This vinegar has worked fine in all of my Asian recipes and is more economical than the offerings at specialty stores. It comes in a large enough bottle that I can do a lot of cooking before I need a new one.

Divine!
This is the best taste!!!! OMG!!!! I can't believe how good it is. Chris Ying uses it in his Chinese ribs. Its flavor is smoky, a little like soy sauce, a little like balsamic vinegar.

There is not a strong vinegar aftertaste. Less sodium. Low in sugar. Taste great, in my opinion.

Tastes like it wasn't stored properly
I'm a huge fan of vinegar as a condiment, I also love vinegar for dumplings. This product didn't taste right... Kind of like when beer tastes old and syrupy. Something was off...
