Like many folks, if I take too much magnesium or the wrong type, it will cause gastric issues, mainly in terms of diarrhea and bloating. This is one of the very few that I have tried (and I could like the ones I have used if I had a day to type them out!) that minimizes those issues. I take it primarily in the evening to help with relaxation and sleep and it does exactly that. This is a good value for the product offered and it's a quality product. I have been using this for about two years and don't see myself changing anytime soon.

Looking to find another vendor that carries Mag Orotate in a capsule form. Seems my favorite KAL brand is out of stock a lot lately. It has much less Mg Orotate than what I prefer to use. Have not used long enough to be sure I will get the same result in alleviating nighttime leg cramps.
