Great supplement to alleviate the side effects of Chemotherapy! A bit of truthfulness here --- chemotherapy causes all kinds of side effects, constipation being one of them. My husband is a cancer patient and even with an excellent whole foods diet was still finding the chemo drugs would bind him up. Laxatives can alleviate constipation but they're also full of chemicals you don't NEED, not to mention they often take DAYS to have an effect upon the bowels. The main ingredient in many laxatives is MAGNESIUM anyway. My husband took these and within a couple of days, he was "regular" again.

I've been using Solgar Magnesium with B6 for a few weeks and really notice the difference. It helps with muscle relaxation, reduces stress, and supports better sleep. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Great quality as always from Solgar!

The dosage of Magnesium is good for men not women. I believe women are only supposed to take 400 mg max and men 450. My stomach too sensitive to take daily. I do think this is a high quality product however. I would take one if I'm a little backed up if you know what I mean, as for daily use I can't do it .
