Source Naturals Bromelain for better digestion.
I take 1 capsule of Source Naturals Bromelain 3X per day with meals for extra enzyme activity for better digestion. It is affordable too.

FJB and the WEF Too
Since swanson stopped making their affordable bromelain, if this is on sale with 20% off or greater, this is the best bang for your buck. Otherwise youre better off eating some bananas.. C'mon Swanson! Bring back your reasonable 100mg version.

Don't waste your supplement effectiveness
Enzymes are what brake down our supplements so if you're 60+, like me, you should be taking this with them or most of the effectiveness of those vitamins could be going to waste. I've found bromelain to be the best and this is the best price wise.
