This is a great product at a great price. I have been using this from when I first started experiencing mood swings during perimenopause. It also provides some relief for hot flashes. Without it the hot flashes could be pretty intense. Less so and managable with this product. Good balance of supportive ingredients for any woman going through the change of life.
