Great sleep aide
My doctor recommended this for sleep. It really works better than the prescription . I do not get a dry mouth or a hangover feeling

Dr said ok
Am 73 year old woman . Had trouble with insomnia and going back to sleep after wakeing up works really well for me Dr said it was safe and I could take it. Am diabetic . More than 2 mg are too much for me this is just right.

Melatonin Timed Release 2mg
Very effective. In my case, a larger dosage was not required, due to the effectiveness of the 2mg tablet.
