Stainless steel and toxin free. I use it mainly to make bacon. It's fairly easy to clean especially when you soak it for a little bit. Coating is in tact and hasn't come off in dishwasher.

i bought one of these racks a year or two ago and i liked it so much i bought a second one! i live baking and these racks are perfect for cakes, cookies, bread..... and they are easy to clean. i have to hand wash since i am the "dishwasher" and they come clean easily

This is a great sturdy cooling rack for my weekly bread and cookie baking! I find it to be a great size to fit on my small counter, but not so small that the items I bake won't fit.

This did a great job holding the meet up from the bottom of the pan so that it wasn't sitting in the fat. Great value for the money.

Seem to be made with bare minimum. But suppose to be able to bake over 500 degrees. Hope so.

I have been looking for a baking a cooling rack for a little while now that is oven safe and was having a hard time finding one for some reason. I am so excited to have this one and I know I will get a lot of use out of it in the future. It is heavy duty feeling for sure and I am confident it will hold up and last me a long time. I used it right away to bake some bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breasts. I was going to cook them on the grill like I would normally do with them, but decided to give it a try in the oven since i had recently gotten this baking rack. It fit perfect in my 10 x 15 pan, but I decided to use my 11 x 17 because I wasn't sure how much juice would drain from the chicken. This worked so good! The bacon got much crisper since it wasn't just sitting on the pan soaking in the drippings from the chicken. The chicken breasts cooked great and tasted awesome especially with the crispy not soggy bacon! It was a result similar to using my grill which is exactly what I was looking for. I know I am going to have many uses for this pan and it will become an essential kitchen item for me! Love it.

Cheap garbage. Poor quality. Not worth the effort of sending it back. But it appears to be stainless steel which is what I wanted.
