These softgels are little so they are easy to swallow as I have a difficult time with pills and choke easily. I bought them for my thinning hair after losing a lot of weight in a short time. I have been taking these for about 2 years. My skin is not as dry as it used to be in the winter months and not sure if these helped with that or not but somethign has changed. I did start biting my nails again but for 2 years my nails were absolutely stronger and stopped "peeling" and were no longer bendable and brittle. I cannot taste a flavor so that is good. They really have no smell either.

This stuff really works! It helps my hair from breaking off. It also helps my nails grow. I tried a different brand and is stronger, big mistake. It just doesn't work like this Spring Valley does.

I bought it at a great price, There are 250 pills in the bottle and the pills are very petite gel tablets which is easy to swallow. I will buy them again I been using them for about a week and I already see a difference in my hair some of the thinner area's already started to fill in a bit. My nails are usually very thin are beginning to harden. Can't beat the price I have referred this item to my friends on my webpage I was so excited about it.

Biotin is not only good for your fingernails but for your hair as well. I have been taking Biotin for years.These are so easy to take very small.

I think it is a good vitamin, but I wish it came in the dosage my doctor recommended. Taking more isn't going to kill me, but I didn't want to buy a ton of 1000Mcg softgels in order to get the exact recommended dose. It would be too expensive. Not y'alls problem, but I just felt like putting it out there.
