Spring Valley Daily Maintenance Omega-3 from Fish Oil Dietary Supplement, 500 mg, 180 count

When my cardiologist recommended I take 1000mg/day of an omega-3 supplement I headed to the Walmart pharmacy for a supply. Later, at home, I was taken aback by the somewhat large gel capsules that looked almost too big to swallow. However, I tried one and it went down without a problem, maybe thanks to its smooth oval shape. After taking no more than a half dozen, swallowing one is no more difficult than taking a low-dose asperin. In fact, I usually take all of my evening meds, which includes one 500 mg omega-3 capsule, at once. That's five in all, and they all go down at the same time with a swallow of water. I've been taking these for almost two years and, according to my doctor, my omega-3 levels are perfect. I have never noticed a fishy taste or odor. I plan to continue using the product.

I didn't get any after taste from these.

i liked everything about my order and the priduct. at the time i needed the Omega 3, i could not make it to the Walmart to pock it up. so i ordered it threw Walmart on line. and everything turned out okay. i reality can't complain about anything. my brother was looking to buy something he couldn't find and i told him to look for it on walmart on line. he called me and said he found it and ordered. it was a Christmas gift for his wife. it will arrive just in time for Christmas. hat made him happy. keep doing a goid job Walmart.

I was told that a lot of ppl get the "fishy" after taste, taking these. I've been taking it daily for over a week now, and no issues. Being the gel capsules are great!

I'm hopeful this is going to work and I will see a difference on blood tests. I have only had it less than a month so it's still a little to early to give 5 stars. Will update review soon.

Makes sure it useable with other medications you may have. Because this supplement is an enhancing supplement to increase blood medications or thinners

I take this to help with cholesterol, whether it works or not I'm not sure, but it was acceptable last time I got blood tests. I'm just happy not fishy taste, smell or burps. Easy to swallow.

Way to big and strong aftertaste. I would not recommend but just based on that , hope they are really good for one's health, I am not planning on finish them so I guess will keep on wondering.

Fedex lost shipment got a refund from walmart

This soft gel capsule is way too big for me to swallow. I'm going to either give it away or throw it away. I wish they had shown somehow how big it was so that I could have ordered a different version.
