I purchased this bottle of Spring Valley out of desperation and found these at only one pill per day seemed to do more for me and faster than Zarbees. Plus they lasted me more then month. Good for my pocket book which is bare most times and good for me.

Same dosage for kids and adults. Tart AF! But I'm wondering how many grams of sugar it has since its first ingredient is sugar.

Ever since I was young, My mother always told me that Elderberry was wonderful for colds and flu. Of course I never really took any advice until it was too late. I have been using these Spring Valley Elderberry Chewable Tablets Dietary Supplement for a week and they are tasty and very happy that they are chewable. I am a fan of tart flavors and these have the perfect tartness for me. I take one tablet a day for immune support. I like that they are free of artificial flavors, soy, talc, derivatives and wheat.

I've been using this for a couple years now, this will be the 3rd fall season. Noticed a difference the 1st winter of taking it. Great product at a reasonable price. I only give it this rating because I haven’t had it long enough to take full effect. I can tell you that I haven’t been sick since taking it and have noticed my heart flutters are getting less and less. I’m not a doctor so my results may not be the same as yours.
