Just try it and see if it works
It's like anything else.It may work or not. Each person is different.For me it may be working a little bit . Can't really tell a whole lot. But it may work a lot for others. All everyone can do is try it.

5 years of use....
Effective without side effects associated with so many insanely high dose biotin products..... Never a problem (breakouts, nausea, etc.) taken biotin at this dosage from this manufacturer. Recommend without hesitation....

Worth a try! It definitely makes me sleepy.
It works but not long enough for me. However, my cousin swears by it. And I am a hopeless case when it comes to getting enough sleep! My mind never quits so if you have sleeping issues it's worth a try!

Biotin Gummies are Good
First off, the taste is great, and the texture is easy to chew (not hard). I like the dosage amount, and the product is reasonably priced. I have been using the product for several months and feel like it is helping me with hair thickness and hair growth. Will be purchasing again.

I always order this biotin for my hair and nails and I'm sorry but this smells so disgusting like it's old. It's not even expired but it just stinks. I haven't returned it. I don't think I will. I'll just buy a fresh one when I get to the store just yuck.
