excellent supplement to clean out your liver
milk thistle is used to clean out your liver of meds and fat that accumulates. I buy a bottle at year end and take two a day until I am finished the bottle. It's a nice preventative. It has other uses, but I use it to clean out my liver and start fresh for the new year.

Great for liver health
I have used this for years for the health of my liver. My doctors were impressed that just this product alone every day has helped my liver be healthier with much lower levels on lab results.

Effective Liver Tonic
This product is well known for it's benefits for the liver. I use every other month, and my blood tests come back very positive.

good product but very tart
If you like tart stuff you'll like these, i got these because i need vitamin C to take with my iron and i take the chewable because it gets into my system quicker but its tart tart lol. I also take these with a meal

liver enzymes are lower
I began taking this because my liver enzymes were too high. my last bloodwork showed enzymes are still above average but have decreased significantly. will continue to take.

Milk Thistle
While I'm not qualified to testify as to the efficacy of the product, I'm very disappointed with the capsules. I use this to keep my fat birds' healthy and I can no longer open the capsules to sprinkle it on their food. The same has happened with another brand, so the brand doesn't matter. They all obviously use the same packaging company. I threw out most of the capsules because I couldn't open them.

NO ZIP LOCK
Packer didn't zip lick this item and it was all over our other items and kids. Very disappointing will never use this service again! My bird seed is ruined
