One they are good for you. Two they are tasty. I am on a special diet. I am trying to stay away from sweets. After dinner I sometimes crave for sweets. I take two of these and it satisfies my craving. I may go back for one more, haha!

Best fiber gummies Anywhere! My daughter is on the spectrum and is very picky- but she really needs the consistent fiber. These have a soft, chewy texture and taste great. We have tried other brands and they are too firm or have artificial sweeteners. There effect is also gentle but effective. Highly recommended!

Life-changing product! I've had constipation issues my entire life. Thought it was normal to have to push but no! 2 gummies a day I have wonderful poops that slide right out without effort or pain. I liked not having to mix my fiber supplement in water %26 drinking it but rather just eating it like a jelly bean.

Get your fiber. Better than powder mixes, but may be too sweet for peps who don't like sugary sweet tastes.

Our doctor recommended hubby and I add more fiber to our diets. Tried several brands before switching to this one. It's the best value for the money. It also tastes better than several other brands we've tried.

It works, tastes great, and even has the texture isn't bad - almost like a dense gummy candy. However it's impossible to accurately dose the product (see my picture).
