Started taking in last months because it is supposed to help a person's arteries stay clear! Trying to stay as healthy as possible by eating foods that help plus K2 plus vit D!

I started taking these as part of a health care plan I discussed with my doctor. I am using to help keep my heart healthy, help with cognitive functions and also for anti-inflammatory help. I notice if I forget to take it. After 2-3 days I do not feel so good.

Sized as a small capsule made it easy to swallow. It was half the cost of a similar item at the drugstore. The capsule had no noticeable taste. However, the capsule is black in color which makes it harder to see, especially if you drop it on the floor or into a drawer.

I buy this product on a regular basis- usually online but will pick it up when I'm in the store. I'm very pleased with the quality and the value. Gel tabs easy to take.

It is tastesless, it works to move the calicum to your bones where it is needed. I take a D-3 and Vitiamin K together. I am in my 70's, I want to keep from breaking any bones due to any fals.

I watched a doctor video on YouTube, and he said that K2 taken right before bed was very beneficial. I've been taking it daily for about 5 months. I don't feel any differently, but my blood work from 2 weeks ago was absolutely perfect. I am 67. I'm giving 4 stars because the pills are small and easy to swallow, and it's only once per day. I don't know if it's doing anything, but doesn't hurt either.

The ingredients label on the app lists “Other Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin.” When I received the actual product, the label also lists Caramel Color. I am highly allergic to Caramel Color. Luckily I checked the label before taking any of it. Please update the picture on the app to accurately reflect the actual ingredients before someone gets hurt.
