Great product. Great pricing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Stanley the black chrome line of tools is great! I love the look of this hammer very sleek but manly, now I don't buy hammers for the look but hey new design like this deserves some admiration. It is a fine hammer and does the job right while looking great in the process. The key is durability and so far it's held up very well. Feels great in the hand and the swing is comfortable. I wish more tools were like this one. Stanley got it right with the new black chrome line. It makes a huge difference in any mans garage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My wife and I do a lot of DIY projects to our house so we were looking for a great hammer that we could both use. I love the anti-vibe of the hammer, it makes the swing a lot better when hammering nails. The grip is very nice and the hammer itself is easy to handle for large or small hands. Perfect addition to our toolbox
I bought this hammer last year, and I use it just about every day and you can't even tell by looking at it. The handle is still comfortable in my hand, it still hits great and the claws haven't bent. I'm surprised by the quality and durability and I have recommended it to numerous friends.
I bought this hammer about 11 years ago and haven't bought another since. I've tried a few others at 16 oz and heavier weights but this is IT for me! I drive nails, hit boards and sheets of wood, heavy scenery, and steel. The head is great, the handle still feels good and the claws are still straight. I love it and I would buy another, God forbid I lose this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned a Stanley Hammer that is not currently shown in any of the current products, 51-842. 16 ounce with yellow-clear firer glass handle--anti-vibe. Nothing more basic in the home work shop than a good hammer. Little can be done without one, but, it must be a good one and this hammer has met my needs for many, many years. Easy to hold, even with increasing mild arthritis and some loss of grip strength, the rubber ribbed handle is easy to hold and slip proof. Would recommend for any handy-man/builder and, in my case, a younger home owner growing to maturity(70+) who appreciates a well made a tool that meets changing needs of its owner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable hammer that I've used, as a hobbyist. I should have purchased the 20oZ but that just means that I'll have another Stanley hammer!
Bought this hammer and have used it endlessly. The rubber grip makes it easy to maneuver especially with metal on metal contact. Love this hammer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I've had this hammer for about 2 years, it is an excellent hammer. good handle grip, it really does help with that nasty vibration you tend to get with other hammers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was debating between this hammer and a similar product from a competing national brand. I ultimately chose this one. I like the grip better, and it felt more balanced. It also has a larger head. It just feels better. Great hammer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
