I highly recommend this heating pad. The only time I turn it off is at bedtime. It is machine washable. They are sturdy. This is the 2nd one I have had. I like it also because it is large enough to cover my whole back. My first one lasted a very long time. I am well pleased with the price. Great value for your money$$
Sunbeam King Size Xpress Heating Pad is large enough to cover the entire back. The heat is strong, nothing wimpy about this heating pad. We really like the controls for the amount of heat, and how long it stays on. It is a real pain reliever.
Love this heating pad can set on low setting and keep it on
Bought the king-sized hot pad about a month ago in hopes I'd finally find one that wouldn't bunch or roll up. I sit with it on my back almost constantly because of arthritis, scoliosis, and sciatica. Never had to use more than a 3 on the 10-point heat system and that's plenty hot! Extremely impressed with this product!
I didn't dislike anything. It's the best heating pad out there so don't discontinue. I have two, one for the bed and one for the front room. I anticipate having to make another purchase down the road. The best part of it is the control features, enough features to meet my every need.
Learned of this product from my mom (who bought it first) and after trying it out decided I needed my own. Large size and soft, flexible material make this a great heating pad. The auto off timer option is another plus, It has 6 heat levels but I find #2 is plenty warm. Have been using for weeks. Since I tend to want the heat overnight, I can't wait until someone figures out how to offer a wireless alternative. Until then, I will use and enjoy this Sunbeam King Express Heat model.
This has 6 temp levels so you can get the perfect heat needed. Prior to having this I was always too cold, I got this and set it immediately to the highest setting, and it was too much! Finally I have the option to cool down, this is great, even better with bogo! I had one in bed room and one in living room until I purchased the heated bed mattress pad and now my son has one in his room. One happy family. Love it only con is you are supposed to put this on top of you but I sat on it and squished it so it is not flat anymore.
So much to love about this pad - it's size, it's fully washable, it has six heat settings, it has an always-on option vs having to contantly turn it back on. So why three stars? I have eight of these pads, two bought each year over four years, and all but the brand new ones quit heating fully after about 1 1/2 years of daily use. What is a six now is about a two on the brand new ones. These are supposed to have a five year warranty but no one honors it. So I have six sigificantly reduced heat pads and two brand new ones that are awesome as the others used to be. These cost double to a comparable sized pad without always-on or fully washable, not a bargain. If these would be updated to last like new for the full five years of the so-called warranty, I'd buy them forever.
This is NOT a good product
Well, received it on August 6, 2021, used a few times, spent almost a week in the hospital, returned home, used a few more times and it no longer works at all. I've filled out the forms Sunbeam wanted, from their website, and still waiting to hear from them.
