Superior Labs L-Tryptophan 500mg Vegetable Capsules, Gluten Free 120 Count

I have only been taking this for a few days. I am supplementing for anxiety as suggested for undermethylation. I take this twice a day, once in the morning and once with dinner in the early evening. I also started supplementing together with theanine at the same time. I do not take pharmaceuticals. Have in the past but not going back to that so am trying this. I take D3/K2, Spirulina, magnesium, zinc, tryptophan, and theanine. While I am perceiving better control of anxious thoughts, clearer thinking, and better sleep I cannot say for sure if this is a placebo effect or not as you don't get the obvious changes as with more powerful prescriptions. So far though I am not discouraged, no side effects, and have no intention of stopping for any reason. I was prompted by an email offer from Walmart for a $5 off coupon to do this review. I suggest Walmart push off sending these offers so soon for supplements as to give purchasers time for a better evaluation. Sure, I could have saved this for a later date I guess, but honestly, needed the money. If I have wasted your time, I do apologize.

This has been so helpful for me for sleep! Have tried many other things, this is the best. No side effects. If I wake up during the night I will take 1-2 more and it helps me get back to sleep

Just started taking these to help with sleep. I'm thrilled they came a day early! So far they seem to be helping a bit with sleep but think it will take a few weeks to know their full effect.
