Yes, I would recommend this product because my memory is much clearer since I have been taking it. The only thing about it is that you have to take three at a time that's the only thing that I don't really actually like about it but I take it anyway, but my memory has been clearance since I've been taking it and I haven't been forgetting as much and I've been more focused since I've been taking it too, I'm glad I found it. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was recently given the chance to try NutriVein Magnesium Brain health pills, they're 2,207 mg per serving, and they are touted to help with memory, focus, cognition,& brain health Being a bio-available form of magnesium, an all-natural dietary supplement and it contains 90 vegetable capsules. One thing right off the bat that I dislike is having to take three of these pills some people struggle even taking one capsule, I definitely wouldn't want to take three if I had that problem. I do like the fact that it's 2,207 mg and that it is in a bio-available form of magnesium, some magnesium gives you a tummy ache and can give you diarrhea, this so far has not bothered my stomach. I've had no problems no issues with it. I can't say I've noticed a big difference but I have noticed some difference in my mood in my memory and focus. Magnesium has been recently studied for use with depression and anxiety. I have not tried it long enough ie for multiple months, to truly say it's made a difference, but I do feel more able to focus when things get hectic. I will continue this bottle and update my review at a later time.
