Yes, I would recommend this product because my memory is much clearer since I have been taking it. The only thing about it is that you have to take three at a time that's the only thing that I don't really actually like about it but I take it anyway, but my memory has been clearance since I've been taking it and I haven't been forgetting as much and I've been more focused since I've been taking it too, I'm glad I found it. I would recommend it to anyone.
