I have insomnia. My psychiatrist has placed me a few pills for sleep, and they always made me not want to wake up. Not these. I can't believe a mineral/vitamin has solved my insomnia. I am shocked.

I like this product because it helps to control leg cramps while sleeping. The most interesting and appreciated aspect is that on the cover of this bottle there is a sticker from the manufacturer to text to a number for a free bottle! How awesome is that?! This type of Magnesium is very helpful for relief of leg cramps. I ran out of them and that was something I won't do again! The only good thing was it proved to me that they were actually helping. The cream on the cake is there is a sticker on the top of the bottle which can get you a free bottle! Great stuff.

This may be the purest form of magnesium glycine on the market. Not only provides necessary magnesium (most Americans are deficient) but the glycine definitely helps relaxation and a deeper sleep.

I really like the Superior Lab products. They always appear to contain simple quality ingredients and no fillers. My research has made me realize that many vitamins do not have quality ingredients or could have extreme amounts of daily requirements. I feel it is important to closely review the vitamin contents before buying.
