I like that this product is fairly small, about the size of the candy dots. They are shaped like it too. I liked that the gummy is not too sticky. It doesn't really get stuck to my teeth, for a prolonged period it's time. I like that the flavor is not too strong, it does taste kind of faintly fruity. There are so many probiotics in it that I've only been taking one rather than 2 a day. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I have lost about 3 pounds, without changing my diet or exercise. I have not noticed better digestion at all. I'm on medication that gives me constipation and diarrhea and I have not noticed an improvement there.

I found these on the shelf in the vitamin aisle and the Valley Center, Lancaster, California store and because they were zero sugar. I decided to give them a try and now I know that gummy‘s are actually a better way of taking your vitamins because of how they breakdown in your body. And therefore I'm starting to use gummies for many of my vitamins and the very little bit of sugar that is in regular ones it's not enough to hurt a diabetic. again a product I recommend for women. Probiotics are very good for an aging gut.

These taste great! And they don't have a weird aftertaste. They are easy to chew completely and swallow, making them great if you're on the go. I remember to take them daily because they are so convenient.

This is a great probiotic that has a great flavor! I like the gummy chewable probiotics the best! I feel like on some days this would work better than others! I only took 2 once a day because my stomach is pretty sensitive but it seemed like it helped!

I've tried these gummies for almost 2 weeks now, I have always suffered of bloating and cramps, I haven't noticed big changes, maybe I need to use it for a longer period of time to actually see some results. The only big thing I noticed the first time is how bad the gummies taste, at the beginning it feels like you are eating a piece of plastic and then it starts to have kind of sweet taste, but it does not get better. Also, the container is big for the quantity of gummies inside, is not as pictured. The only good thing about these is that is Zero Sugar, which is good when compared to other probiotics in the market.

These Spring Valley Zero Sugar Women's Probiotic gummy's are not my favorite women's probiotic. These are more like a gum drop than a gummy. Very chewy and soft. The taste is not horrible, bland and not sour or bitter at all.
