Not really sure how to evaluate. Just that I've been taking CoQ10 for years now and can honestly say these from Swanson's are as good as or better than any other's I've taken.

A cardiologist recommended I begin taking Vitamin E and CoQ10 daily and make cardio exercise a priority after I had a heart attack at age 28. I have followed his instructions, along with stopping all alcohol and tobacco use. I am now 73, active, and continue with this guidance. Swanson has high quality products at usually good prices. I trust Swanson and have been a regular customer for many years now. This is another great Swanson product. 5 Stars.

This dosage is good. It allows me to adjust my daily intake from day to day to avoid issues that repeated high doses can cause for me.

I really love the 30mg CoQ10 as I get a good energy support from just 30mg, but I can increase my dosage as well, without having to buy another bottle at a different potency. And the cost is great, the bottle can last me several months, and it's a quality product. I don't miss a day without taking it now!

I do not get tired easily when I take Swanson CoQ10 regularly.

Love that I can buy a low dose CoQ10 product at a great value! I can't seem to be able to take higher doses, so taking between 1-3 caps a day is perfect for me. I take every morning and it always gives me a nice energy boost!

I simply take one per day, per my doctor's instructions. I assume CoQ10 does its job. I take a number of other non-prescription pills. My husband says I'm ‘over-doctored.' I respond, “I'm healthy!” Enough said!!
