Excellent/ slowly but surely, I am loosing weight

I've been taking Svetol for a couple of months, thanks to the information, I received in a email. I'm taking it along with 7-HMRlignans.I have more energy and don't feel hungry. I eat mainly Veggies and have lost about 6 lbs. in 2 months. The most impressive thing is, I've lost 2 inches around my waist and look considerably thinner. Although everyone's system is different, I would recommend this to anyone. It's worth giving a try and see if it works for you.

Although it's being promoted as a weight-loss aid, Svetol's high standardized chlorogenic-acid content makes it one of the best options I've found yet for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. Based on my initial experiences with it, Svetol will probably replace one to three of the other supplements in my before-meal regimen. (Having too many good options is a welcome "dilemma!") Sure glad Swanson offers Svetol -- I've never seen it anywhere else.

I ordered this after watching a Dr. Oz episode where they highlighted Svetol for weight loss. I didn't really research it, so I had no expectations. I was surprised to notice a drastic decrease in my appetite that lasted for hours. Even if that were the only benefit, it would be worth it, but I understand from what Dr. Oz said that it has other benefits that can enhance weight loss.

Thus far, I have tried it for only a week and it is satisfactory. However, I would like more kick to the product as sometimes I work on projects very late and need a boost that is quickly evident. This particular product, I believe, works by degrees rather than boosting energy level within a few minutes

It is too early to identify any effect positive or negative. However, I remain optimistic.

I have only been taking it for 27 days now. I have noticed that my weight can be 2lbs less on day then few days later it is back up 2lbs a little confusing. I am going to continue take the pills until they are all gone.I will follow up at a later time.
