Swanson Herbal Supplements Berberine 400 mg Capsule 60ct

I decided to try this for insomnia based on a clinical study where users reported drowsiness as a side effect, and I am NOT disappointed! I just take one about an hour before bed, and I honestly feel drugged--and I've taken some RX drugs for insomnia. This is great for me for this purpose. One thing I wish I could see online here is the other side of the bottle. I have it now, but I almost didn't buy it because no image exists here or on the swanson site of the other side of the bottle.

I have never had blood sugar issues until getting estrogen dominance. My body was very healthy until then. It suddenly went haywire when my estrogen went up and I noticed that each time I ate sugar I would feel like I had drank 50 cups of coffee. I felt very sick, with a bitter taste in my mouth. Since this is a side effect of the estrogen dominance I didn’t want to go to the doctor about a diabetes diagnosis. I knew once the estrogen was in check it would go away. I took one of these once a day on days when I would eat more sugar than usual. I did not need to eat one with each meal. Only one per day was enough. I am so amazed at the results.

I've tried other products to help with blood sugar at meal times, but I keep coming back to Berberine. Swanson prices and quality are the best!

So far seems fine ,but I have not had enough time to see any effects.I assume at least 5- 6 weeks of use is required.

I chose Swanson because it was a lower dose Berberine and I wanted to see if I had any reactions before taking higher doses. Well I did! l. I took only one of these pills a day (with food) for two days and both days I had severe cramps and nausea and eating was out of the question. I quit taking it and the symptoms subsided. The bottle went in the trash. as well as $12.
