Dynamite!
This stuff is DYNAMITE! Results can be felt almost immediately!I ordered the 25 mg. caps, even though I'd read different opinions on how much to take. I had so much energy I almost didn't know how to act after taking one capsule. Dr. Ray Sahelian recommends only taking around 5 mgs. at a time, so I took half a capsule. Even that seemed like plenty, so I rotate between half a capsule and one-quarter.

A smaller capsule easy to swallow. The big plus is only one a day. I take it in the morning with my other medications. No problem.

Worked in certain ways which per the internet were anecdotal at best. Feel and look younger and mind feels more sharp.Interesting supplement.
