Swanson L-Carnitine Tablets, 500 mg, 100 Count

Swanson's L-Carnitine works very well I am slowly losing weight. It seems to be helping. I would recommend it for anybody that's trying to lose weight on a slow steady basis.

I use it daily and it works well. The only drawback I have is that it's very soft. I cannot put it into my weekly medicine container because it breaks down into a powder and makes a mess. It must stay in its original container. If it does, it stays whole. That's my only drawback.

Tablet is not efficient form as it crumbles and falls apart. Swanson would be wise to put in capsule form

I should've gotten gel caps. I cannot put these in my weekly pill box because they absorb moisture and fall apart.

I didn't read it, about keeping in its own bottle, and put them in with my other supplements in my 7-day pill case. After 3 days they are MUSH, never seen anything like it. Our dew point's been between 58 and 68, but AC's been on, nothing else is affected. Now the bottle's in the fridge, where I'll likely forget it.

Like other people reviewing this product, I prepare my supplements ahead of time in containers, the tablets seem to soften/disintegrate from moisture in the air. So I can not use this product ! ! ! I will find and use Capsules ! ! ! I wish I would've read the reviews ! ! !
