I've been taking this version of Swanson's COQ10 for over 10 years. I take it at meals that have some fat in it, or take it with a little olive or coconut oil. It does require fat to be absorbed, but it's cheaper than others that have that included with the COQ10. Pills are easy to swallow.

I just started using this product so don't really have any comments on it except that the capsules are easy to swallow and take with my other vitamins. Price is excellent.

The coq10 enzyme can be very stimulating to my body.

I'm seeing results even with the splotchy colors in the capsule's contents. A higher dose allows for dividing easily.

I did not know I had an automatic reorder. I have started buying a different dose but can double up the order. It was not cost affective. Do like dealing with you though

20-40% of the powder inside the capsule is discolored leading to a blotchy appearance. Customer service said they could not see the photos I shared but that this. is normal. How can they know it is normal if they can't see photos of the product? Have taken several other brands of CoQ10 and product color can vary but should not vary within an individual capsule. I cannot recommend this product.
