Worked After 2 Weeks
My night-sweats were so bad. After taking these supplements for 2 weeks, the night-sweats disappeared. I was amazed and so very happy with the results.

Good Decision
I was taking another supplement for my female organs and it got to be too expensive. So I decided to do a search on Swanson to see if there was anything comparable to the supplement I was currently taking and I found this product. I am so very happy with the way it works and the fact that it is cheaper than what I was previously using was an added bonus.

Menopause Essentials Has Been Essential For Me!
This product does what no other menopause product has ever done. I've been on HRTs since 2001. Other herbal compounds have costs at least $50 per month.\nTwo years ago I discovered Swanson, and I've been enjoying using Menopause Essentials ever since.

Good but not Great
I had to take 4 capsules in total, however my hot flashes are bad and often! Like every hour, not kidding. These have lessened them to about 4 a day, which is much better!

Hot Flashes and Night Sweats
I've been taking these for several months and don't feel they are working for me. I'm still experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. I'm taking 2 a day and will maybe increase the dose to 3 for a couple months.
