I tried this because I was having hot flashes 20 to 30 times per day and at night too. It was interfering with my life. When I started taking the menopause essentials, I only took one per day and it was sufficient to keep the hot flashes at bay. As I aged and my natural hormone amount continued to drop, I had to increase my dosage to 2 capsules per day to control my hot flashes. But this product has made life more bearable for me. I have recommended it to several friends and my sister.

My doctor had me taking estroven extra strenght when I went back in a few months and told her they did not work double the dose which I did again I tell her they do not work you can up the dose some more.I thought lord my entire diet will be the pills and started to look for something that would work.Love the enternet did not take me long t find you and have been buying ever since love them and yes they work!!!

I had to take 4 capsules in total, however my hot flashes are bad and often! Like every hour, not kidding. These have lessened them to about 4 a day, which is much better!

I've been taking these for several months and don't feel they are working for me. I'm still experiencing hot flashes and night sweats. I'm taking 2 a day and will maybe increase the dose to 3 for a couple months.

Think it helps some, but not a lot. Was hoping for better results
