Ugly. Yellow, peppered with black. They really don't smell, or taste bad. Not small, but most multi vitamins aren't.

There are a few things that make this the best offering for me. The amounts of B2 & B6 is essentially the same, and they should be according to one of my revered doctors. The amount of B5 pantothenic acid and the amounts of B2 & B6 are just right for me if I cut the pills in half. The price for each serving is a real bargain. More than 5mg of B5 per day will interrupt my sleep.

I ordered this for my daughter. She says it makes a big difference in her day. She was a little concerned that it did not say vegetarian anywhere in the product description but decided to take it anyway. She reports to me that this product has given her much more energy, so much so, in fact, that she is now running every day. IT TASTES DISGUSTING -- TASTE DOESN'T LEAVE. I literally have to hold my breath while swallowing, and then quickly eat or drink something strong to drown the putrid stench. Even then, it comes up with burps and takes a while to disappear. I can't anymore.

I CAN'T STAND THESE. As soon as you open the bottle, this putrid stench comes out of the bottle. I'd literally have to hold my breath while taking it and then a couple seconds after swallowing. I'd have to immediately follow up with eating something good right after taking this pill to mask the stench, or else the taste and smell lingers in my mouth and esophagus. Even still, I'd burp it up sometimes and the smell lingered on my fingers. I gag nearly ever time. It's not worth it. Get multi-vitamins from a reputable brand, like Kirkland or One A Day. I got Target's Up&Up and it has no scent whatsoever. Trust me. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF. THESE TASTE INTOLERABLE AND REPULSIVE. Even if they were free, I wouldn't take them. If I could rate this -10 stars, I would.
