I had ordered some from Amazon that were a lot bigger and harder to swallow. These were just the right size. I would rather order them from Walmart but could not find them before. I am really glad I was able to find them at Walmart. The shipping was great and fast.

So many people are under the impression that this is not an easily absorbable form based on an old study and "supplement gossip". They think you need some kind of amino acid bonded form for absorption. Maybe some people do. I don't know. But for me this works great. And it's the form most doctors prescribe. All I know is the price is right and my blood levels look good.

I have no idea how well this stuff works, the two or three caps I managed to get down tasted so horrible I'm throwing out the entire bottle of 500 minus the two or three I tried. It didn't matter how much food I ate with them, or how much water I drank to wash them down, they were absolutely horrid tasting and left that taste lingering. Yuck! I have been a long time customer of Swanson's and this is the first complaint of any kind I have had.
