Easy to swallow
I use this vitamin as part of a routine to prevent migraines (recommended by my dr). I take 4 pills a day. I like that the pills are easy to swallow as they have a coating on the outside and they work for what I'm using them for. They are also reasonably priced and always ship quickly.

My anxiety went down Energy went up my body pain much much less I take 1 at 5 pm and now starting to cut back on my anxiety/sleep prescription. Rather take natural products
