I lost hope for natural supplements until finding Rhodiola Rosea. It's not a fix all but it makes my day to day a lot more tolerable. Dealing with anxiety, depression, irritability, misophonia, CPTSD related problems, has gotten so much easier. I'm more focused, less stressed, and am able to navigate my day so much better. Anxiety has gone way down and I'm able to cope better. I haven't tried other variants of this supplement but Dr Josh Axe recommended this 3% 1% blend and it's the one I'm going to stick with.

Pills are a decent size and easy to swallow. They help with stress.

Swanson offers several "versions" of Rhodiola and if you're wanting the best for mental energy and mood, this is the one to buy. It has salidrosides, and at the optimal 3:1 ratio of rosavins and salidrosides while the others don't contain significant quantities of salidrosides at all. Buy this one!

I love this adaptogen. As does Ashwagandha, which I often take with Rhodiola, it definitely makes a noticeable impact / difference / improvement in how I feel regarding stresses that attack me from predictable and unpredictable sources through a day / night. These adaptogens keep me really cool and unbothered regardless of the circumstances. Works for me.

I like it. It just wasn't as helpful as I thought it would be. Needed a little boost. Would like to have had it as a time release.

Tried it for 30 days. I don't feel anything different. It didn't seem to work for me.

I ordered this product after reading the ingredients online then the bottle I received had maldodextrin in the ingredients. When I called she read the ingredients and told me mine didnt have it when it clearly states it as the 2nd ingredient in the other ingredients.
