perfect way to get your daily dose of spinach in. Not as cheap as the powder is but it is the ease of not dumping it in a smoothie or making your own capsules. This way the taste is not a factor.

I haven't noticed too much change yet it's only been a week but it seems to curb my appetite a little bit, but I did not lose any weight this week. also I'm not sure if I will continue to take it because I have CKD chronic kidney disease and it says to avoid this product if you have CKD

Appetite suppressant?
delivery from Walmart great. Didn't achieve the desired effects...thus far....which was appetite suppression. Was worth trying since not expensive, but perhaps it takes more time to kick-in. I'll keep taking it for now.
