Usually when talking any kind of supplement one has to wait for 6 weeks at least before noticing any changes, but these magnesium capsules had a very noticeable improvement in muscle, fatigue and energy levels. Still experiencing stress, but not as intense anxiety like before. The low price is exceptional, but I would willingly pay more for these magical pills!

Taking this blend really helped me sleep better at night. I noticed it immediately but thought it was a fluke. Second and third day I slept better too! This definitely works better than other forms of magnesium.

My doctor recommended magnesium for leg cramps at night so I got this and it really works. If I get a leg cramp I take one and it goes away really quick. They say if you take them every day you won't get leg cramps I haven't tried that yet

I take this at night and it helps with my sleeping. It helps with my legs. For really difficult nights of sleep, I will also take a little melatonin. Together this really helps.

I have taken magnesium for a long time, still wake up sometimes and my legs still cramp. Since I have been taking magnesium complex up to this point my legs have not bothered me during the night. Been taking this for a few weeks now. Works well for me.

I cannot say specifically that I have experienced improved health by using this Magnesium product. I can say that, along with this Magnesium, and the other 10 vitamins & minerals I purchased from Swanson, that my immunity, and overall well being has improved dramatically over the last few months. I ordered this product since I had weight loss surgery. I thought I was ordering the big bottle got this instead. The plus button on reviewing product blocks or buffering so you can't really see what your ordering. Could be a Walmart thing to makeore money off you.

I'm glad you asked! It's not what I thought I was getting. I figured it would be mostly glycinate and there was none. Unfortunately, I had opened it and taken one before I realized it. After reading about the 3 in this formula, I think it was a waste of my money (especially oxide. I haven't read anything good about that).

I thought Swanson was a reputable company. Boy was I wrong! Will never purchase any of their products again!!!
