Swanson Triple Magnesium Complex Capsules, 400 mg, 100 Count

These work great for me. I take them at bedtime they help me sleep and with my restless legs.

I've been using this magnesium brand for a few years now and have used other brands to but this one is more effective for me.

Never have been a big believer in supplements. But night after night of waking with painful leg cramps, l hsd to give this a try. Took about 2 weeks but my leg cramps are now 99.9% gone and a good night's sleep has been restored.

I take this at night and it helps with my sleeping. It helps with my legs. For really difficult nights of sleep, I will also take a little melatonin. Together this really helps.

I have taken magnesium for a long time, still wake up sometimes and my legs still cramp. Since I have been taking magnesium complex up to this point my legs have not bothered me during the night. Been taking this for a few weeks now. Works well for me.

I cannot say specifically that I have experienced improved health by using this Magnesium product. I can say that, along with this Magnesium, and the other 10 vitamins & minerals I purchased from Swanson, that my immunity, and overall well being has improved dramatically over the last few months. I will remain on this vitamin & mineral regimen for the foreseeable future.

Love this magnesium combination, really helps prevent leg cramps at night, but failed to realize it was only a 100 quantity bottle for that price. Normally pay that for quantity of 300. Will be more careful in the future.

I'm glad you asked! It's not what I thought I was getting. I figured it would be mostly glycinate and there was none. Unfortunately, I had opened it and taken one before I realized it. After reading about the 3 in this formula, I think it was a waste of my money (especially oxide. I haven't read anything good about that).
