Swerve Confectioners Sweetener (48 oz): The Ultimate Sugar Replacement

I am diabetic and have had to switch off every sugar based product I used to bake. I am hooked on all of the Swerve products. Whether is is grandular, powered or brown sugar. My only warning is becareful and go a little less than a recipe requires and taste. The brown sugar especially is a lot sweeter than I need. Yes, I would recommend.

This tastes just like normal powdered sugar and has no calories! It's expensive, but I'm not aware of anything out there like this. Apparently some individuals have digestive issues due to this product, but not I. I've used it on top of waffles, in recipes, and mixed with water as a glaze. Other than the high price, the only downfall I've found with Swerve products if that you can only used 2/3 of this to 1/3 of regular powdered sugar for baked goods (bread, rolls, cakes for example) for the texture to come out right.

I appreciate a low-carb sweetener replacement for Confectioner's sugar. It works well in recipes and does not have any chemical taste.

I've been baking to lose weight (spend time with food other than eating it) and swerve powdered sugar made my meringues have that perfect texture with less than 10 calories, heck ya

I ordered two of these large bags of confectioners Swerve which is a great value but one of the bags had a hole so I cannot use it.
