I used it as it said and the next morning I was drinking Cold Brewed Iced Coffee. Easy to use. Stylish Container.

This works wonderfully. I have not had any issues with it. I have not experienced any ground leakage like some reviews mentioned. My only regret is not getting the bigger size.

Awesome purchase saves money and impulsive coffee buying. We took ours on vacation and it worked out perfectly. Fits in a dorm size refrigerator door easily!

I use it for my herbs, specifically marshmallow root because a long infusion works best. it works well and the mesh is easy to clean. it is plastic and easy to clean.

I don't know if I would recommend this product. I received it in a bag and I opened it and. Removed the carafe from the bag and looked in side for any directions. So I threw away the bag in the garbage. I then opened the plastic it was in and opened up the product and saw the instructions inside. I washed the product in hot soapy water and dry it I followed the directions and add water, then sealed the lid when I noticed a piece broken off. I looked in the dishpan of soapy water and slowly pour the water over the sink strainer and nothing was there. So I went out to ask my husband if the trash can was emptied. He said yes they just picked up the trash. So now I can't return it without the bags it was in.

this item was suppose to go to the florida address i wrote in and checked 3x now I got to mail it ialready had one from iuka walmart on clearance 7.00 i ordered one for my sister walmart you messed that up

Difficult to clean. I had to be vigilant about the j making sure everything was screwed on tight or else it was a high level disaster. I think it's really just the nature of the product, not the quality that makes it so hard to work with.

handle is flimsy when full. whole thing is plastic. lid leaks when pouring. Filter feels very flimsy and plastic.

The netting is extremely fragile. It broke in second use and coffee grounds in coffee. Bottom is hard plastic and takes forever to drip excess coffee out.

The extender doesn't screw into the filter basket. From looking at the reviews it sounds like this is a common problem. I emailed the company and they didn't have a fix and just told me to return it. I think the smaller version doesn't have an extender so maybe I'll try that one instead.
