I like this coconut milk. I like it's simplicity, but the water thins it out a bit and tames the flavor. If you want a milk substitute without a strong coconut flavor this may work for you. I do love a stronger flavor for something like coconut rice so I wouldn't use this for that, but it's great in smoothies and other things that don't require a strong coconut taste.

This was really good! The bottle says it's half water and half milk so I thought it was going to be more like coconut water, but it was actually a thicker milk. I loved putting it on my cinnamon cereal every morning. It's slightly less calories than that of a cup of whole milk and way sweeter! I didn't try cooking with it, but if you did it's very sweet so you probably wouldn't need any added sugar.

This coconut milk is good, I use it for my protein shakes in the morning and it doesn't have strong coconut flavor which I like. I am not a huge fan of coconut but I would repurchase this product. It can also be used in a variety of other dishes or beverages.
