The Big Bang Theory is a classic, the characters are engaging, the stories are goofy, and overall it's a great show. The case on this box set isn't the greatest, it's somewhat flimsy, but overall good for the 30 discs in contains. When I ordered online, some discs came scratched, but everything still plays.

The CDs were all in good condition, everything worked exactly as advertised and I am happy with purchase. However, the CD recepticals are very tight, and I am always worried about damaging the CDs when removing them from the case.

I am reviewing Walmart's handling of this order...not the show. This was an exercise on frustration. Walmart sent it to the wrong address. Which was in another state. After that set was returned to the store, a refund was supposed to happen within 7 to 10 days. Meanwhile another set was ordered, which took twice the amount of time but finally arrived. The refund for the first set took even longer. Then, when we when we watched it, everything was fine until the last disc....which had damage. it was brand new, had never been out of the package, but had damage on the actual disc and we literally could not watch it. we gave up trying to get a refund or a replacement or anything like that. so even though the show was fantastic and we loved it and we miss it, the experience with Walmart was terrible. much better to have gone to Best Buy or some place like that and just bought it off the shelf.

I viewed 2 seasons, and all episodes are fuzzy. Had my kids check, and they agreed. Doesn't appear to be an original copy.

The content of the show is fantastic, but the physical manufacturing quality of this set is incredibly poor. The interior plastic pages use a low-grade, brittle material with very weak center hubs. The retention clips lack the tension needed to secure the weight of the DVDs, causing the discs to detach and float freely within the enclosure. If you value secure disc storage, expect to buy a separate replacement case to protect the media from surface friction.
