ThermoPro TP08 Wireless Remote Kitchen Cooking Meat Thermometer - Dual Probe for BBQ Smoker Grill Oven - Monitors Food from 300 Feet Away

After purchasing a new Smokey Pro smoker I knew that I had to have a dual probe thermostat. I read numerous reviews on many barbecue and smoker websites but just felt the recommended devices were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I was not even really sure that I needed any sort of remote either. I found this and decided to order it. I ultimately have concluded after using it twice that this Thermopro Wireless Meat Thermometer may be a more important factor in how great the brisket and chicken tasted that I made in my new $300 smoker than the smoker itself. It worked flawlessly. The ONLY problem was the 2 units arrived with batteries that were dead. However I still give it 5 stars. It is the difference maker in the food I am cooking in my new smoker. And the remote feature is super!

Used it to smoke tri-tip this weekend. I was able to keep exact track of the exact temperature of the trip-tip and bbq temperature while I sat in my apartment 250 feet away. Amazing!

It's easy to use and set up. This thermometer helped us make the juiciest Christmas turkey. Very glad we sprung on this purchase, as recommended to us.

I've had other brands. This unit is very user friendly, and easy to use compared to other ones on the market. If you like to grill, bbq, you need one!

I smoked three ducks for Thanksgiving of different sizes. Having to probes really helped to monitor the meat temperatures. I was able to see the temperatures on the receiver as I walked through my house. The unit was easy to use. I used a separate instant read thermometer for the third duck. This made cooking this meal super easy.

I LOVE this thermometer!! The duel probes make it easy to keep up with the temperature in a single large piece of meat or you can use it in two different types of meat and monitor each one separately. Set it to your preferred internal temperature and it will let you know when it is ready. This is the second one I have purchased only because I misplaced my first one after a cook. Very good value for the money!!
