Horrible experience
horrible experience. i use Walmart online pickup and delivery about every 2 weeks faithfully. After this last experience I will no longer use Walmart. my order was an absolute mess! pick up was supposedly to be between 12 and 1. no notification for pick up. items i ordered were missed, items i didn't order were sent. i was overcharged for the entire order. Then contacting customer service was a joke. talked to 2 different people and neither one of them could comprehend what the issues were, when i clearly explained it to them!! Foreigners did not understand simple English. needless to say I will use Meijer from now on.
