Advertisement on website says for heat and for cooling use instructions in packaging, only say for heat very confusing. However, have been using for both easy to stick in microwave for heat also I placed in the freezer. Jacopo, for cold use, just as easily.Can you use for both very soft, comfortable fabric?Very comfortable to use and easy very satisfied , would recommend

This hot/cold pack is very nice!! I would highly recommend it. It is SO soft and cozy and when heated it has a moist feel to it which is great for helping with pain. Also it is nice and THICK. I was also pleased to find out it has no odor to it. It's a very nice product and seems to be high quality materials and construction. I would buy it again.

I don't do reviews as I never believe it's a real person, but I had to on this item. I heat up the heatpad in my microwave for 2 minutes and put it under the covers in my bed before I go to sleep at night. So darn cozy and it lasts for hours. So incredibly soft TOTALLY 5 STARS

i love this heating pad ! stays warm a lot longer than others ive bought in the last year. I have chronic pain issues so a pad that gets nice and hot and stays hot is a welcome addition to my pain management my husband liked it so much he's had me order two more so we can both enjoy the relief

This is a GREAT product. Very good value. Perfect for my lower back issue. But be careful not to overheat it because the insides (seeds, etc.) can get burnt. The magic number is 2.5 minutes on high power with a standard over-the-range microwave.

it does smell funny, but it works decently. i initially heat for 4 mins from cold, then each additional time for 3 mins since its already warm. The heat lasts for about 20 mins or so. ive had it a couple of months now.

The heating pad is soft, comes with a cover and works well. I would have liked it to be warmer than it actually gets but maybe that is because my microwave is in the smaller size.

described as Microwavable 18.5 * 8.2 for Wide Heat Pad for Hot Cold Compress 1) it is only 15" long not 18" 2) it is not for using "cold' even tho written as can 3) it does not "heat" it only "warms" 4) no instructions regarding the cover a) microwave with cover on? b) put cover on after microwaved? c) put cover on for storage purposes? I will try it several more times before deciding if I will keep it or not

It's ok it does not hold heat as long as we are use to and the product is heavy which agitates the injured area

Worked good first 5-6 times then started smoldering/burning in microwave. Instructions were followed.
