University Games, Hoberman Mini Sphere Rainbow Expanding Toy

I needed a gift for my niece who saw a cheap version at a parade. Not being able to find it in stores I found it here at Walmart.com. The quality was so much better than the one being sold at the parade. My only complaint is that it looks bigger in the photo than it actually is but it made her very happy none the less.

I had seen this toy in an educational store before and thought it looked cool. I couldn't find it in a store this time (including my local Wal-Mart) so I ordered it online. It shipped to the store in a short period of time and has been exactly what I expected. It's big enough for older kids to enjoy, but small enough to be portable.

I am using this in my social work room as a tool to help kids learn to breathe deeply. They love it, but best of all, it works!

Love this thing! Took it to my brother who has dementia. He is fascinated, it helps motor skills and dexterity. And makes his mind work.

I gave this toy to both of my sons, ages 6 and 2. The toy hasn't broken, even under the constant torture it goes through. I would recommend this toy to anyone with small children.

great product good value very sturdy

I bought the Hoberman Mini-Sphere Rainbow for my grandson for his birthday. He accidentally saw his mother wrapping the present that morning, so she let him play with it. He was crazy about it! My son said he played with it all day! I talked to him later on the phone and he was so excited about his different "pretend plots", using the sphere. Highly recommended!

was what i expected

It's ok for awhile my son didn't find it entertaining doesn't do much as a toy but more for display

The day we received this it started breaking, and no one was excessively rough with it. The little pieces that bind the sections together started popping off, which isn't good when you have a very small child crawling around while the older child plays with it, disappointed because this was a surprise for the older child.
